By accessing and using the Seaavey APIs service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Seaavey APIs provides free, open-source REST API endpoints for front-end developers. The Service includes video downloaders, utility endpoints, and developer tools designed for prototyping, testing, and building applications.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete registration information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your API keys and credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the infrastructure
• Overwhelm the Service with excessive or abusive request volumes
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our explicit permission

The Service enforces rate limits to maintain quality for all users. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary or permanent restriction of your API access. Rate limit details are published in the API documentation and may change without prior notice.

The Service, its original content (excluding user-provided data), features, and functionality are owned by Seaavey and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The open-source components are governed by their respective licenses.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

In no event shall Seaavey, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.
